Aero One Detailing

These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the services provided by Aero One Detailing (“Aero One Detailing,” “we,” “our,” or “us”). By booking, scheduling, or receiving services from Aero One Detailing, you agree to be bound by these Terms.


1. Services Offered

Aero One Detailing provides professional aircraft detailing, cleaning, appearance maintenance, and related aviation detailing services (“Services”). Services may include, but are not limited to, exterior washes, interior detailing, polishing, waxing, and specialty aircraft cleaning services.

All services are non-mechanical and cosmetic in nature unless explicitly stated otherwise in writing.


2. Scheduling & Appointments

  • Services are provided by appointment only.
  • Appointment times are estimates and may be adjusted due to aircraft condition, weather, access delays, safety considerations, or operational constraints.
  • The customer is responsible for ensuring aircraft access, hangar access (if applicable), and necessary permissions prior to the scheduled service time.

3. Pricing & Payment

  • Pricing is based on aircraft type, size, condition, scope of work, and location.
  • Final pricing may vary if the aircraft’s condition differs materially from what was initially disclosed.
  • Payment is due upon completion of services unless otherwise agreed in writing.
  • We reserve the right to require deposits for certain services or aircraft types.
  • Late or unpaid invoices may be subject to additional fees or suspension of future services.

4. Cancellations & Rescheduling

  • Cancellations or reschedules must be made with at least 24 hours’ notice.
  • Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a cancellation fee.
  • Aero One Detailing reserves the right to reschedule or cancel services due to weather, safety concerns, or circumstances beyond our control.

5. Customer Responsibilities

The customer agrees to:

  • Provide accurate information regarding aircraft type, condition, and location.
  • Ensure the aircraft is safe to access and free from hazardous materials unless disclosed in advance.
  • Secure or remove personal belongings prior to service.
  • Notify us of any sensitive surfaces, pre-existing damage, or special care requirements before services begin.

6. Aircraft Condition & Pre-Existing Damage

Aero One Detailing is not responsible for pre-existing damage, including but not limited to:

  • Paint oxidation, corrosion, cracks, scratches, faded finishes
  • Worn interiors, loose trim, brittle plastics, or aged materials

By authorizing services, the customer acknowledges that some imperfections may become more noticeable after cleaning due to removal of dirt or residue.


7. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law:

  • Aero One Detailing shall not be liable for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages.
  • Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to the claim.
  • We are not responsible for delays, service interruptions, or damages caused by weather, airport operations, third parties, or circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

8. Safety & Right to Refuse Service

Aero One Detailing reserves the right to refuse or discontinue service if:

  • Conditions are unsafe for personnel or aircraft
  • The aircraft presents undisclosed hazards
  • The customer engages in abusive, threatening, or unprofessional behavior

9. No Guarantee or Warranty

While we take pride in delivering high-quality detailing services, no guarantees or warranties are provided beyond the scope of services performed. Results may vary depending on aircraft age, materials, and condition.


10. Intellectual Property

All website content, branding, logos, photos, and materials associated with Aero One Detailing are the property of Aero One Detailing and may not be used without written permission.


11. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the state in which Aero One Detailing is registered and operates, without regard to conflict of law principles.


12. Changes to These Terms

Aero One Detailing reserves the right to update or modify these Terms at any time. Updates will be posted on our website, and continued use of our services constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
